Villa Nespereira is a fantastic holiday villa affording a prime location in Montechoro, Albufeira, only 2km from the best golden sandy beaches. Within walking distance of all amenities, including excellent restaurants and bars, this spacious property is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing, car-free holiday in the city. This fantastic 5-bedroom villa sleeps up to 10+7 guests, and benefits from air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The property is composed of 5 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom on the lower floor, 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor (with en-suite bathrooms), as well as a total of 6 bathrooms. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking including a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, and a laundry room with a washing machine is also available. The living / dining room is spacious and fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort. There is also a games lounge on the lower floor with a pool table and table football, providing hours of enjoyment. Outside, a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to jump in and soak up the sunshine, while the spacious patio area by the pool provides the perfect spot to relax, gather friends and family and enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbeque. Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the villa is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks. The beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Oura and Alemães are just a short drive away, as well as options for golf, water sports and boat trips. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. • From the 11th to the 17th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
