Villa Praia is a stunning 4-bedroom villa set in the heart of Sao Rafael, just a 2-minute walk down to the beach. With beach bars and restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive from Albufeira, this fabulous, modern property is an excellent choice for those who wish to wake up to spectacular ocean views. Villa Praia includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor), all with single beds which can be converted to double beds, comfortably sleeping 8 + 2 guests. Sofa beds are provided for an additional amount for the +2 guests. The first floor also boasts fabulous sun terraces with uninterrupted views of Sao Rafael beach. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for home cooking and the dining area includes a large window with wonderful sea views. The airy and spacious living room provides 2 sofas allowing for comfortable lounging with the whole family. Outside, a fabulous patio with a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to relax in the sun and take in the spectacular sea views. A barbeque area is available as well as an outdoor dining area, perfect for al-fresco meals, and at the end of the day, there is no better plan than to soak in the jacuzzi (optional extra) and watch the sunset. Villa Praia is in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking Sao Rafael beach (approximately 100m away), with beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes’ drive away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
