Villa Paradisius is a stylish 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 8 + 2 guests and affording a prime location in the Montechoro area of Albufeira. Located in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities and within walking distance of a large variety of bars and restaurants, this wonderful villa with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi is sure to be an excellent choice for your holiday. The villa has been newly refurbished with an elegant and stylish décor that gives the house a modern and comfortable feel. Spread out on two levels, the upper-level houses all 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms: a double master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4 people) and a separate shower room. A third bathroom with a shower is also available on the ground floor. The main living areas can be found on the ground floor, with an open plan lounge and dining area, perfect for relaxing indoors away from the heat of the day. The separate kitchen has a serving hatch connecting to the dining area and is fully equipped with everything you may require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and a washing machine. The fantastic outdoor area is the highlight of the property, where you’ll find the inviting private swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) surrounded by new decking and lovely tropical plants, perfect for taking refreshing dips and soaking up the wonderful Algarve sunshine on the sunbeds. A ping-pong and pool table are available for additional outdoor entertainment and the wonderful poolside jacuzzi provides the perfect spot to relax in at the end of the day (jacuzzi available as an optional extra). As al fresco dining is a must during warm evenings, you can enjoy meals with family and friends in the outdoor dining area where a built-in BBQ is on hand for preparing meals on the grill. This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Villa Paradisius is just a few steps away from the street that leads onto The Strip, known for its great selection of bars, clubs and restaurants. At the end of the Strip (2km from the villa) is the famous Praia d’Oura beach, offering water sports and a good selection of restaurants. The colourful marina and charming Old town of Albufeira along the Fishermen's beach, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are located within a 5-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Sofa-bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €28 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
