On two levels, hillside located on a 1,000 m² property, this villa is designed in a way that two families or a group of individual friends and couples can easily find lots of space to mingle or to retreat.
On the 1st level, the pool level, are two bedrooms with direct access to the pool, one full bathroom with shower, the house entry with extra storage space, as well as the large garage. The first bedroom can be used as master bedroom, as room with two single beds, or as TV room. The second bedroom gives space for an additional small desk or crib (on request). The French doors in both rooms let in lots of lights and allow a quick jump into the heated pool at any time. The wide mirror closets easily let you store your belongings while reflecting the sparkling from the pool. The beds are each 1,80 m wide. The pool area gives equally space in the sun, as well as in the shade. Two swinging chairs and additional loungers can be moved around to find the perfect spot for everyone.
On the 2nd level, the sea view and entertain level, are a spacious, open kitchen, living and dining room that connect the inside to the large balcony and terrace. All offering every day changing beautiful views on the ocean. The kitchen provides a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, as well as other essential kitchen appliances. The 1,15 m extra wide dining table comes with picturesque sun rises for unforgettable breakfast times. The inside and outside table are connected through large sliding doors that can be pushed aside to allow bigger crowds to sit next to the grill, enjoying a good meal while watching the sailboats on the ocean. On the terrace and balcony, you will find various sitting areas to always find a spot to relax and enjoy the ocean view or to watch what's happening at the pool.
Besides the get-together areas, on the second level are also two bathrooms and three bedrooms located. The first bathroom contains a shower. The second bathroom contains a bathtub. It can be entered through the hallway and the first bedroom on this level. This first bedroom contains a 1,80 m wide bed and built-in closets. The second bedroom contains a 1,60 m wide bed, built-in closets, and an additional desk. Both bedrooms are offering a sea view. The third bedroom has a garden view. It contains a built-in closets and a 1,80 m bed. On request, the bed can be divided into two singles bed.
Behind the house, you will find extra space to hang up your clothes.
