The beautiful Villa Allegra Istriana is the ideal place for your vacation. Located near the sea, it offers its guests a magical sea view and an unforgettable vacation. It is modernly furnished and comfortable on three spacious floors. On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a lounge. On the first floor there is a living room, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony. On the top floor there is a large terrace with a jacuzzi from which you can enjoy the impressive views of the sea and the famous Brijuni National Park. Spend fun evenings on this outdoor terrace and enjoy the starry sky. The house is equipped with 8 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas. For further relaxation, a sauna is available. For our active guests, Villa Allegra Istriana offers table tennis, billiards and the PlayStation 4. For outdoor activities, 4 bicycles are available to explore the surroundings of the beautiful municipality of Fazana. The villa has a private pool (48 m2) in the courtyard where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. Gather on the outdoor terrace and enjoy warm sunny evenings with friends. You can also use the grill on the terrace with a table for 10 People and a corner sofa. The area around the pool is surrounded by approximately 180 Mediterranean plants. On the property there are 2 covered parking spaces. The internet speed is 30-50 mbit.

Just a few hundred meters from the villa there are beautiful pebble beaches that will delight you with their beauty and crystal clear sea. About twenty minutes away by car are the cities of Pula and Rovinj, famous Istrian gems where you can find many attractions such as the famous Pula Arena. Try real Istrian specialties with truffles in local restaurants in the municipality of Fazana. If you are planning excursions, be sure to visit the famous Brijuni National Park, which is just a few minutes by boat from Fazana.
