The neighborhood Tram station "Malostranske namesti" is just 50 meters from the building, the subway station "Malostranska" is 5 to 10 min by walk or one tram stop! The Lesser Town Square serves as the main tram stop for the Lesser Town. From here you can go in one direction to Wenceslas Square with tram No.22, and in the other to the Castle District. Tram No.15 goes directly to the Náměstí Republiky ( Republic Square) few steps from the Old Town Square
The Lesser Town has been THE place for entrepreneurs, movie directors, politicians, and some famous people. This striking district has been a distinguished part of the Prague skyline for decades and evokes a rich history, romance, and elegance that's undeniably relevant today. The Lesser Town (Malá Strana) is too picturesque - with its ancient burgher houses, magical and narrow side streets and St. Nicholas Church. At its heart is the Baroque Lesser Town Square (Malostranské náměstí). Here, our apartment is located, set in a charmingly restored modern building. The apartment is based in Mostecka (Bridge) street, just a few meters from the Charles Bridge, which is busy and crowded during the day with many gift shops, restaurants, and cafes and pleasantly quiet in the night, same as the Charles Bridge. Kampa Island a few steps away. Head here for great views, jogging in the morning, some incredible art. Playground located close by. •Grocery store with local prices, souvenir shops, ATM across the street, pharmacy, post office, MC Donald's next to the building, Starbucks is just across the square. The Lesser Town is quieter than the Old Town, particularly at night. Walking in the evening through the almost deserted, lantern-lit streets gives the visitors a real feeling of olden days in Prague. Prague is a compact city, so walking from the Lesser Town to the Old Town is easy. About me: I am the owner of the apartment but do not live there, I live 10km far away.
