The villa is located on a property of 1.100 m2. This modern single-storey house, provides accommodation for optimal 4 and maximum 6 guests. The interior and exterior of the villa are directly connected with the glass wall, and there is direct access to the garden area from all the rooms in the house. The fully air-conditioned villa has two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed while in the other room there are two single beds that can be connected, if needed. For additional two people there are extra beds that can be placed in the bedrooms or in the living room.
In the beautiful green garden, you will find a 36 m2 pool with the option of heating in the pre and post seasons. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi available year-round. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, garden furniture, a dining table, and six sun loungers provide you with the opportunity to fully enjoy and relax in the outdoor space of the villa.
Additional amenities include three televisions, Netflix, and bicycles.
